Suji sprouts Dhokla is a soft, fluffy, steamed savory cake made from rava and moong sprouts together with herbs, spices, white sesame seeds . This recipe made with curd (yogurt).This is an easy, quick and delicious dhokla variety and does not require fermentation.

First of all add curd and water as needed to semolina, mix it well and keep covered for 10 minutes.

Prepare the ingredients for the green dhokla and add it in a mixer jar. Grind until smooth batter.

Now both batters are ready. Add salt and oil to it. Cut semolina batter into 2 parts. Now heat water in steamer. Now add eno and 1 teaspoon of water to 1 part of semolina pudding and mix well. Take it in a plate greased with oil and put it to steam.

After 3 minutes add Eno to the green batter, mix it well and layer it on the white dhokla. Cover for another 3 minutes and let it steam.

In the same way, add Eno to the remaining white batter and layer it on top and sprinkle chili powder on it. Now cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then check with a knife and when it comes out clean, the sandwich dhokla is ready. When it cools down, take out the pieces.

Now prepare the tempering as the mentioned ingredients and pour it on the dhokla. Sooji sprout sandwich dhokla is ready to serve.

It can be served with green chutney and dates tamarind chutney.
