How to sprout:
Soak the seeds in 1c water overnight. drain, Spread the seeds on a wer paper towel, Fold. Keep them in a closed zip lock bag. seeds germinate in 2 days. You get beautiful sprouts in 5 days - 4
VINAIGRETTE DRESSING: Juice Lime and whisk together with apple cider vinegar, olive oil and honey in a bowl. Place the garlic, ginger, cilantro and green chili in a mortar and mash them together with the pestle. Add this to lime, honey, oil mixture. Whisk to combine. Dressing is ready.

Clean the veggies in water. Peel the avocado, remove the seed, To stop the browning of avocado, brush lime juice on the flesh, slice them with clean knife. Place all veggies in a bowl. add the sprouts.

Toss the ingredients in the bowl. Add the nuts and toss again. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 mins to give time for all flavours to mingle together. Then refrigerate. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve chilled, Enjoy the colorful, flavorful, nutritious salad
