At a creperie, I had a crepe with frangipane. That inspired me to make something similar. I used a pear because I had one that was very ripe.

At a creperie, I had a crepe with frangipane. That inspired me to make something similar. I used a pear because I had one that was very ripe.
Steps

Crack the egg.
- 2
Mix the egg with the almonds, sugar, and butter to make almond cream. It may not look great, but it tastes good after heating.

Place some of the almond cream in the center of a crepe along with half of the pear.
- 4
Heat the crepe in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- 5
The almond cream will spread and the pear will soften. Fold the crepe.
- 6
