Steps

Soak the Sella rice in water after you have washed out the starch for 1 hour.

Boil in a cooking pot adding 5 tbsp salt and 5 cups of water or more. The rice should soften up to it’s core.

Sieve out the water you used to boil the rice.
- 4
Add the dried rice in the cooking pot and add 3 tbsp of olive oil.
- 5
Let it simmer in the pot on low heat for 10 mins.
