Simple Fried Maggi (Tiffin recipe)

In a pan add water, 1 tsp oil and 2 packets maggi. After 80% should be boiled off the flame. Then transfer maggi and pour cold water over it and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and capsicum. When fried, add eggs. Now fry it with Salt. Make egg bhurji.

Add boiled maggi and maggi taste maker. Mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes. Ready to eat. Serve hot.
