Coriander Steamed Rice Cakes (Tiffin recipe)

Soak rice for 5-6 hours and grind into smooth paste, but try to keep slightly grainy.

Finely chop green chilli and Coriander leaves.
Now add chopped Coriander + green chilli to Rice batter, add salt and mix well, add water as required. We need thick yet dropping consistency batter. Add green food colour.
Lastly add baking soda along with 1-2 tbsp water and give gentle mix.
Batter is ready. - 3
Keep steamer ready, grease moulds and then fill each mould with rice batter and put into steamer. Steam for 8-10 minutes and cakes are done.

De mould after few minutes and it is ready to serve.
