Chicken chilli

Chicken Chilli is an extremely popular Indian Chinese dish. Chicken Chilli is a big hit in dinner parties and very easily available in Chinese restaurants. It is eaten both in dry and gravy form. I am sharing the recipe for the gravy one.
It is ready in 30 minutes and uses simple ingredients like soy sauce, bell peppers and simple seasonings. Unlike most chicken chilli recipes where the chicken is marinated and then deep fried before being added to the sauce, here the chicken is cooked without any marination and frying. This makes it easier.
You can customize the recipe and adjust the sauces and spices as per your taste. Serve it with fried rice, boiled rice or noodles and enjoy!
