Cook the gnocchi in the Airfryer: drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cook the bacon pieces the same way, without adding olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the cooked gnocchi and bacon in a baking dish. Toss with tomato puree, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add olives at this step if using.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.

After baking, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
