Ingredients

45 minutes.
6servings
  • 1whole chicken
  • oil for deep frying
  • 1 tbspmixed spices
  • 1 tbsproyco
  • salt
  • 1 tbspginger
  • 1 tbspfood colour
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1full size greated carrot
  • 200 gflour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbspchicken masala
  • 1 tbspcinamon
  • 20 mlmilk

Steps

45 minutes.
  1. 1

    Into a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.(mixed spices, chicken masala,ginger, cinamon,royco, food colour, greated carrot, and flour)

  2. 2

    Then add the broken eggs and mix.

  3. 3

    Then add vinegar, and milk

  4. 4

    Mix it well and you can add a little water to the to have a running consistency.

  5. 5

    Deep in the chicken in the paste and allow to marinate for 30 to one hour

  6. 6

    Heat the oil in medium heat for a few minutes till ready

  7. 7

    One by one deep in the chicken into the oil.

  8. 8

    Fry both sides till golden brown.

  9. 9

    Serve when hot with chips or rice or chapati.
