Ingredients

20 minutes
13-14 pieces.
  1. 2 cupbesan flour
  2. 1 tablespooncrushed ginger
  3. Half teaspoon turmeric
  4. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Half teaspoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoonsugar
  7. 2-3 tablespooncurd
  8. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  9. 7-8curry leaves
  10. 2 pinchasfordia
  11. 2 tablespoonrava
  12. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  13. Half teaspoon baking soda
  14. 1 tablespoongrated coconut
  15. 2 tablespoonChopped coriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take container and then add turmeric powder red chilli powder salt and ginger paste now add besan flour and rava in it as per test add salt and sugar in it

    Then add curd in it and add two tablespoon of oil and and water and make better looking like dosa. Now take a tin and brush it with oil now add dhokla mixture in it.

    Keep kadhai with stand add water in it now keep tin in that kadai and keep it for next 15 minutes. Cover it with plate after 15 minutes check the dhokla and then switch off the gas remove from kadai and make it cool simultaneously make tadka with the help of asophodia curry leaves mustard seed and oil. Then spread chopped coriander and grated coconut overall dhokla. Then add tadka overall on dhokla add little bit sugar water which gives nice taste.

    So your dhokla is ready to eat serve with sauce and pudina chutney.
