Women are the backbone of a family. Therefore they need good health. But they don't have much time for themselves. I found preparing salad to be the wisest decision. It is easy, simple and does not take much time to prepare and consume.

Rinse all the vegetables thoroughly with water. Boil beetroot, gooseberry and sweet potato separately. Remove the skin of beetroot, sweet potato, cucumber and onion. Make slices of all the vegetables, some round in shape and others elongated.

Decoration is as follows:At the centre tomato slice, followed by onion. Next circle contains cucumber and tomato slices. Outer circle is decorated with sweet potato slices and beetroot. The dots are formed with grated gooseberry. On the top of sweet potato slices, chopped chili and ginger pieces are placed. Elongated slices of dry date are placed on cucumber slices. Finally, lemon juice, black salt and black pepper crush are sprinkled on the top.
