Put water on the fire and per boil your rice,drop it after 5miutes and wash back into the fire,with a new water and add a little salt to the water

Check to see when the water is dried and if the rice is done drop the rice,you can drop the rice

Put a new pot on the fire,fry your peeled and sliced plantain, put oil in the pot allow it to heat then add your plantain

Drop the plantain when it comes yellow, you must turn each side to prevent burning.

When your plantain is ready use the same oil on the fire to fry your tomatoes,pepper and onions, if you want you can change the oil

While it fry,add your crayfish too and add your water after 5minutes,the water should not be much

ADD your maggi and salt, cover the pot and allow it to boil for another 5minutes and drop the pot

Wash your chopped spinach leave, put a little water in pot and add your spinach leave to,drop it down after 2minutes and squeeze out the water from it

Your meal is ready and can be served
