Steps

Wash the kales and cut into small sizes.

Then start sizes frying by put 1 1/2 tbsp oil into a saucepan then put in the diced onions and fry until soft.

Add ininto the saucepan one chopped tomato

Stir for one minute and the add the kales. Add water and allow it to cook for a few minutes

To another pan put one tbsp of oil add the sliced onions fry till soft.

Then add the chopped tomatoes and stir for two more minutes

Then put in the fish and fry then add one cup of hot water then cook for 5 minutes

Then serve when hot with rice or Ugali.
