A perfect idea for today! This impressive pie is great for a festive table or buffet. Your guests will love it! You can also make variations by adding other ingredients like bell peppers, bacon, or different shredded cheeses (such as gouda, mozzarella, etc.).

Generously butter your Bundt pan.

Lay out the phyllo sheets on your work surface. Scrunch one sheet into a fan shape and place it in the pan. Repeat with another sheet and place it opposite the first. Drizzle a little oil over them.

For the remaining sheets, sprinkle each with some feta, scrunch into a fan shape, and place in the pan. Continue this way until all the phyllo and feta are used.

In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, oil, club soda, and spices until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the pie, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 30 minutes to absorb the liquid.

Bake in a well-preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) with fan for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then invert onto a serving platter.
