  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and mix with all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add warm water to make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Cover and allow for 30mins for the dough to rise

  4. 4

    Fry in hot oil by making a hole at center
