Ingredients

3 - 4 tea cups
  1. 1 knobGinger - around 2-3" - sliced
  2. 4cardamom pods - crushed
  3. 4 bagsblack tea (or 2 for less tea taste)
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. 2 cupsfull cream milk
  6. 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  7. ✅️ SWEETENER of your choice
  8. 1. Add sugar to taste or serve without it
  9. 2. Or add a tsp of condensed milk to a cup of tea

Cooking Instructions

    Crush ginger slices and cardamom pods. Add these to a pot together with 4 black tea bags and 2 cups of water.

    Bring to a rolling boil and leave boiling for another 5 mins. Next add 2 cups of full cream milk and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. Add sugar or condensed milk, if using. Bring it to a boil again.

    Once it boils, remove the pot from the heat immediately. Pour into serving cups and serve immediately.
