In a mortar & pestle add garlic cloves and red chilli powder. Adding little water make a paste

In a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and stir. Add curry leaves and stir

Add chopped onions and cook to soften - approx 5 mins. Add green chiliies and stir

Add the garlic & red chilli powder paste and stir well, add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and set aside

Add whisked yogurt and mix well, serve with Paratha
- 7
Serve with Paratha
