Ingredients

35 minutes

1–2 servings

3/4 cupoat flour (about 100 grams)
1/3 cupmilk (about 100 ml)
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
2 tablespoonssliced almonds (about 15 grams)
1 egg
To taste, onion
To taste, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

If the mixture is too runny, add more breadcrumbs or let it rest in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.

Shape the mixture as you like and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Season as you like.
