It takes quick service to cook them, check both the sides every second not to overcook them. Golden brown is the ideal colour.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients together and add pakora mix to form the batter.

Take half the tablespoon of the batter, flatten the spoonful of pakora mix so that it doesn’t become undercooked in the middle and deep fry in the pot on medium heat.

Take it out from the pot by dripping the oil from it, it shouldn’t appear oily.
