For keema, heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and put cumin seeds.

After this, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.

Now add mutton mince, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

Mix all well and cook on medium-low flame for 10 minutes and then let it cool.

Mash boiled potatoes, add chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt, and mix well.

Make medium size balls and stuff with 1 tbsp keema in each ball. Close carefully and make balls again.

Dip each ball in egg whites and put in appe pan with 1 tsp oil.

Fry all qeema aloo balls till golden brown.
