Rice and semolina Chilla is a quick and easy-to-make breakfast recipe. It resembles a pancake and is an Indian spicy version of it.

Add cooked rice,semolina,curd,water and 2 tbsp fresh coriander in the mixie jar and grind it. Remove the mixture in the bowl and give the rest for 10 minutes.

After resting, add salt, cumin seeds, chilli flakes,remaining coriander leaves and mix well.check the consistency.

Heat and grease the iron tawa. Now put one ladleful of better on tawa and spread gently. Apply oil on round and Cook on a medium flame, after that flip the chilla and cook again. Make all chilla.

Now chillas are ready. Serving Time.. adjust the chila in a serving plate alongside a Bowl full of curd and tomato sauce.Enjoy yummy and flavorful chila..
