Take a bowl of green peas and cook it for 2 whistles in the cooker and keep it aside. Now take 1 bowl of wheat flour and add salt, whole cumin seeds and asafoetida to it and make a dough and keep it covered for some time.

Now when the peas have cooled down, grind them to a fine powder. After that, make a paste of one green chilli and ginger and chop the green garlic and add it. If you don't like it, dry ones will also work.

Take a bowl of paneer. Now put a pan on the gas and add one teaspoon of oil in it and fry the dugri, garlic and chilli paste. When everything is well cooked, add the green pea paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and garam masala and mix everything well. Make a round paratha. Fill it with the peas and paneer masala and make a triangular paratha and roast it on low heat. When it turns pink, pour your paratha for serving. Now serve the paratha with curd and red chilli sweet chutney.
