Assemble ingredients

Grind sugar + cashews into smooth powder. In a mixing thali, add all mentioned dry ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients nicely, then gradually add milk and Ghee.
Mixture binds and turns moist.
Mix well and it will take shape of dough. - 4
Divide dough into two equal parts, add pink food color to one dough and then add green food colour to another dough and blend very well.

Start giving shape of a roll of medium thickness to each part.
Transfer to greased dish and roll nicely. - 6
Refrigerate for 1hour, then take out from refrigerator and cut into equal size.
Decorate with dry fruits and serve. - 7
Serve during Holi
