Boil tamarind, cool it and sieve the pulp. Add sugar, salt, black salt and boil again till it gets thick. Keep stirring in between. Add roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper and red chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes till all mix well. Keep aside.

Grind mint and coriander leaves, green chilli and all other ingredients to a smooth paste. Green chutney is ready.

Whisk curd in a bowl. Add sugar and mix.

Arrange papadis in a plate. Pour sounth, green chutney, sweet curd as per taste. Sprinkle chaat masala. Add pomegranate seeds and serve.
