For the dough combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Divide the dough into two portions.

For the stuffing, heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle add the fenugreeks leave and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the ginger paste and spice powder with salt and mix well. Add the potatoes and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Cool completely.

Roll the one portion of the dough, place a portion of stuffing in center and bring togather all the side in centre and seel tightly. Roll again to desired size.

Cook on a hot tawa using little oil.
