Ingredients

  • 250 gramspopped sorghum / jowar dhani
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts
  • 1/2 cuproasted chana
  • 2 tablespoonsAchari masala/ methiyo masalo (as per taste)
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
  • Salt to taste

  1. 1

    First of all,dry roast the jowar dhani. then heat the oil in a big pot. Fry peanuts in it. Then add roasted chana and fry.

    After that add all the spices,achar masalo and add Dhani and mix. Add salt and fry for a few minutes. Spice can be added required.

    Achari masala Dhani is ready. Roasted Dhani with peanuts and chana tastes like chivda is great.
