Soak beans in water for 5minutes and wash and remove back

Blend the beans with onions and fresh pepper, don't add too much water

When all is finely blended, add your salt and maggi and a little chopped onions and your blended crayfish

Put your frying pan on the fire,add your vegetable oil and allow it to heat
- 5
Cut or fetch the blended beans into pieces and put in the oil to fry, make sure you turn each side when frying,fry until it becomes golden brown

Remove from the fire and put on the plate

Your meal is ready and can be served with custard or pap
