Wash poha and keep aside for ten minutes.

Chop tomato, onion and make paste of chilli, garlic, coriander leaves and ginger.

Mash washed poha and add all the ingredients together.Mix well by hands.Add water and make thick paste.

Heat a uttapa pan.Brush oil in the cavity.Spread the mixer by hands.Cover and cook for five minutes.

Flip and cook till golden brown.Serve hot.
