Steps

Clean the broccoli by soaking it in water for 5 minutes. Remove and cut them into smaller pieces.

In a big pot, prepare cold water for later use.

In a big wok, add enough boiling water and bring to boil. Add 1 tsbp salt and 1 tsp oil.

Cover the wok with lid and bring the broccoli to boil. About 3 mins.

Once the water is boiling, transfer the broccoli into the pot with cold water and blanch for 1 min.

Back to the wok, remove the boiling water. Now start the stir frying.

On lower heat, add oil to wok and garlic and ginger. Now bring the heat higher and add broccoli.

Now add sauce (a bit a time) and stir fry the broccoli about min.

Lastly add a bit of oil on top and now serve.
