Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcustard
  2. 1apple chopped
  3. 1 Banana chopped
  4. 1 cup grapes chopped
  5. 6,7 almond chopped
  6. 6,7 cashew chopped
  7. 1 tsp Saviaya
  8. 2 tsp sugar
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. 2 tsp chocolate syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a pan heat ghee and roast vermicelli.
    roast on low flame until the semiya turns golden brown. keep aside.
    in a large kadai, heat milk

    Stir well and get the milk to a boil.
    add in roasted samiya and give a good mix.also add sugar and mix well.
    boil for 7 minutes or until samiya gets cooked completely.
    in a small bowl take custard powder and milk.

    Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
    pour in custard slurry and stir continuously.
    cook until the milk thickens and turns creamy.
    transfer the custard semiya into a large bowl.
    cool completely, and refrigerated for 2 hours.
    for serving, take a tall glass, and add. to prepare in enough water for 15 minutes or until it swells.

    Add cup chilled vermicelli custard.now top with pomegranate, grapes, and apple. Further, pour in chilled vermicelli custard.
    top with nuts and chocolate syrup finally, garnish with a cherry and enjoy vermicelli custard.
