  • 1/2 cbitter gourd, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cfreshly squeexed lime juice
  • 1/2 tspginger crushed
  • Pinchcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper
  • As required Honey optional

    Prepare a checklist keep all ingredients within reach. Thinly slice the gourd. Remove the seeds

    Add the gourd slices, ginger and cinnamom to 4c boiling water; let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Let the gourd seep in for 30 minutes
    Strain and collect the tea in a glass

    Add lime juice, stir in turmeric powder, Mix

    Though beitter the tea tastes good. I drink it as it is, If you have a sweet tooth, you may add honey to your taste
    Serve chilled or at room temperatue.Enjoy the refreshing healthy drink to keep healthy and feell good.
