Ingredients

  • 12 ozstrip steak
  • 4tsps butter
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tsponion salt
  • worcestershire sauce
  • mrs. dash garlic and herb

Steps

  1. 1

    Marainate steak in worcestershire sauce for half hr.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in skillet pan. Season steak in pan. Top with a little bit of butter. Baste with butter. Fry the steak til desired doneness.

    Add sides of mash potatoes and gravy with a vegetable.

I am happily married on 3/17/16. I have one daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. She loves to make and try different recipes from all over the country. She wants to try curry next. I found out a month ago that I am diabetic and have decided to change my life style. I am on a low carb, sugar free diet. I will still post other recipes that I make for my family.
