Ingredients

  1. pre cooked prawns
  2. 2 tbspghee
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. cooked rice (as much as you like)
  5. chopped green chillies
  6. 2onions (finely sliced)
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. lemon slices and coriander to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to a pan then add onions, cook for 3-5 mins or until golden

  2. 2

    Add salt and pepper along with green chillies

  3. 3

    Add prawns, simmer for 5mins

  4. 4

    Add rice and ghee, cook on low heat for 10mins

  5. 5

    Garnish with lemon slices and coriander
