Add oil into a pan then add onions. Simmer for 5-8mins or until soft and slightly golden

Add all the spices and salt, simmer for another 5 mins

Add potatoes and of cup of water. Allow potatoes to cook then add rest of the veg.

Cook on a medium heat until all the veg is cooked through
