Mix vinegar and Honey Together. Cut slices of cucumber and soak these slices in vinegar and honey solution for 3 hours.... Use English cucumber.

Chop pineapple and add some salt, sugar and chopped green chilli. Place in a strainer so that the excess water will drain off.

Scoop out watermelon.

Strain the cucumber, place 4 slices one by one covering half of the edge.

Add pineapple, cream cheese and roll it.

Tighten it with spring onion leaf.

Top with watermelon.

Place in a platter and serve
