Ingredients

2 glasses
  1. 1banana
  2. 2 tablespoongrounded black sesame
  3. halfsmall bottle soymilk or low fat milk (approx 135 ml.)
  4. 1 tablespoonhoney
  5. 1small glass crushed ice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the banana and drop it into the blender along with the rest ingredients.

    Blend them together.

  3. 3

    Pour in the glass and cheers!!
