Cooking Instructions

Gather all the ingredients.

Wash the mango, strawberries, and bananas thoroughly. Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.

Slice the bananas and add them to a blender.

Add the mango pieces, coconut milk, and honey.

Blend all the ingredients to make a thick batter/smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, top with banana and strawberry slices, then add chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds.
