As in the picture, a variation we like is to just mix it all up in a one skillet meal.

They feed a crowd or a couple for several nights. I used ham in this one, but I've also used tuna, ground turkey and ground chicken. Veggies can be fresh, frozen, or canned..... I've used broccoli, cauliflower, peas, lima beans, mixed veggies, corn, green beans, etc. **Just an FYI - Campbell's makes 3 cream soups 98% fat free, mushroom, chicken and celery - so you have lots of flavor combos to try out** Living Without A Gallbladder -

I was given this recipe from a good friend of mine, and teaching colleague April Bieri. I was in charge of taking corn to Thanksgiving, and I thought this was a bland idea. In discussion with April she shared this amazing recipe to replace boring ol' corn. My dish was hit and the pan was empty. Stacey Chinn-VanAntwerp -

I found this handwritten in one of my Moma’s recipe stash boxes. The box was for recipes that interested her that she planned to fix for family, mostly for the grandkids. She got around to some of them but not all. She would’ve had to lived another 20 years to fix them all. Sonya Bankester
