Cut chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes

Add chicken thighs into a bowl. Add soy sauce, dark soy, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and oil. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Add marinated chicken thighs to pan, cook on medium heat until no raw spots remain

Add in a can of Coca Cola and cover to cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Turn heat to high and cook uncovered until sauce thickens. Optionally add in cornstarch slurry to help speed up the process.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve or store for meal prep!
