  • 100 gmssugar
  • 10 mlRose water
  • gmssaffron.5
  • 5 gmsrose petals powder
  • 10 gmsRoasted Almond
  • 5 gmsPistachio powder
  • 30 gmsevaporated milk cream

Steps

    Place curd in a bowl, add milk and sugar, whisk.

    Add Rose water and saffron.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a glass. add thick cream, garnish with almond, and pistachio powder.
