Mixed all the ingredients together.

Add 3 cups of water into it.

Whisk to make a smooth consistency without any lumps. You can add more water if the batter is thick or add more rice flour if it is too runny.

Cover it and rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes heat a flat base pan and put some oil into it. With the help of a tissue paper spread the oil all over the pan.

Before preparing dosa mixed the batter very well and make sure that the pan is very hot.

Sprinkle the batter over the pan with the help of your hand covering all the gaps.

Cook on a medium flame.

Pour 1 tsp butter or oil over it and spread it well.

When the base looks golden brown fold it and serve it with Chutney or samber.
