It's the season—let's enjoy these delicious creamy soups before it gets too hot!

Wash the radish greens thoroughly and remove any long stems.

Sauté the sliced onion and potato in a little olive oil without letting them brown too much.

Add the radish greens and stir well (they will release some water). Add the bouillon cube and 3/4 cup (200 ml) water.

Season with salt and pepper, then cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, blend the soup and stir in the sour cream.
