Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tablespoonvanilla
  4. 1 cuporange juice
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 350 gFlour (according to the dough consistency)
  7. 3 tablespoonsbaking powder
  8. 2 teaspoonscocoa powder (large)
  9. 3 gDried fruits or chocolate chips (optional, based on choice)

    . In a blender, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes creamy.

    Add the orange juice, oil, and carrots, then blend again

    Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl. Add flour and cocoa powder, then mix well.

    In a baking tray, brush it with oil and sprinkle a bit of flour to avoid sticking, then pour the dough.

    Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    After 30 minutes, take it out of the fridge, pour the mixture into the dough, and add dried fruits or chocolate chips.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the cake has a nice aroma. Once ready, check with a toothpick to ensure it's cooked through.
