. In a blender, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes creamy.

Add the orange juice, oil, and carrots, then blend again

Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl. Add flour and cocoa powder, then mix well.

In a baking tray, brush it with oil and sprinkle a bit of flour to avoid sticking, then pour the dough.

Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take it out of the fridge, pour the mixture into the dough, and add dried fruits or chocolate chips.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the cake has a nice aroma. Once ready, check with a toothpick to ensure it's cooked through.
