Made this Summer cooler mocktail simply by grinding roasted fennel, Mint and sugar. And finish it off by adding lemon, salt and water. Served chilled!

Made this Summer cooler mocktail simply by grinding roasted fennel, Mint and sugar. And finish it off by adding lemon, salt and water. Served chilled!
Steps

In a wok, Dry roast Fennel seeds for a minute or two until they turn little aromatic. Transfer to plate and allow them to cool.

In a Mixer jar, put roasted fennel seeds, mint leaves and sugar. Grind to make a fine paste. Take out to large bowl.

Add water and pink salt in the prepared mixture.

Sequeeze lemon juice and give it a good mix. It is now ready to serve. While serving, coat the rim of the glass with sugar powder or salt. Add ice cubes.

Pour into the glasses. Put lemon slice with a mint leaf at the rim of the glasses to make it more appealing. Enjoy this refreshing Fennel Mint Lemonade!
