Raw Mango-Pudina Chutney- Summer special

2 tbsp jaggery keep for melting in water.

Chopped- 2 green chilli, 2 onions, 1 raw mango (kachi kairi)

Add dhania and pudina in mixer grinder, melted jaggery water and those chopped ingredients. Also add 1 tbsp salt into it.

Grind the ingredients. Your Summer special, Raw mango-pudina chutney is ready. Garnish with 5 curry leaves as shown in picture.
