Steps

Collect all the ingredients.

Grate the raw totapuri mango & keep aside. Keep sugar free aside.

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan & saute cloves, cinnamon, cardamom & fennel seeds. Remove in a plate.

In the same pan,add 1 more tsp of ghee & roast vermicelli till little golden. Add dry coconut & cashews & roast all together till coconut becomes aromatic & golden in color.Remove & keep aside.

In the same pan take 1 more tsp ghee & saute grated raw mango.Now add water & soaked saffron (along with soaked water). Add sauteed vermicelli & sugar free also. Add all the sauted spices.

Boil for 10 minutes till the mixture becomes little thick & aromatic.

Remove in a bowl & serve warm. Raw mango along with other cooling ingredients makes this seasonal drink very popular amongst the Gujaratis living in Gujarat & Maharashtra. It is slowly reviving its popularity practically every Gujarati household.
