Summer is the season in which we crave for chilled drinks.
Mostly I make water based drinks..
But once in a way COLD MILK SHAKES
are more than welcome. This shake is tummy filling. Dinner can be skipped.

1pomegranate pearls chilled
150 mlchilled milk
2 tbspmalai
2-3 tspcondensed milk
12-15ice cubes

First chill all the ingredients. Mix malai and make it smooth.

Take pomegranate pearls in mixer. Add in malai. Churn. Open and see the colour change to magical purple🟣. Strain this mixture and take it into the mixer jar again.

Add in chilled milk and churn. Add in condensed milk. (Can add sugar or vanilla ice cream instead). Also add in condensed milk as per the sweetness required.

Churn and the MAGICAL PURPLE MILK SHAKE is ready. Take 5-6 ice cubes in serving glass. Pour the delicious Cold Purple💜 Milk Shake. Note to consume immediately once prepared.
