Did have leftover cold cooked rice and some leftover homemade Curry Sauce . Did place the cold cooked Rice over the cold cooked leftover Curry Sauce , left overnight and then made it for Breakfast by adding some other ingredients

Did have leftover cold cooked rice and some leftover homemade Curry Sauce . Did place the cold cooked Rice over the cold cooked leftover Curry Sauce , left overnight and then made it for Breakfast by adding some other ingredients

Place 2 tablespoons Olive Oil in a large non-stick Wok and then heat through gently on the lowest hob heat and then crack 3 hen eggs into a Dessert Bowl and then whisk with a Dinner Fork and then turn the Gas hob up too the high heat and then pour the beaten eggs into the hot Olive Oil and then cut through several times with a Wooden Spoon. Once Omelette is done allow to rest on a Dinner Plate.

Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil too the non-stick Wok again and then heat through gently on the lowest hob heat and then prepare the finely chopped raw onions and then fry on the highest hob heat for 5 minutes and keep stirring with a flat Wooden Spoon and then continue too fry on the lowest hob heat for a further 5 minutes.

Add the Salt and Black Pepper and then add the leftovers of the cold cooked rice in the cold cooked homemade Curry Sauce and then fry on the highest hob stove heat for 5 minutes. Do add the Cold cooked Omelette for the last One minute of Cooking time.

Transfer to a Dinner Plate and season with salt and Black pepper over the top and then enjoy eating it.

does improve the tasting - did use the absorption method of making the Rice in a Saucepan on the hob stove . Can boil Rice in large quantities of Cold tap water for cooked individual Rice grains
