Take 1/2 b bowl masoor dal. Washed it properly once and soak for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes drain the water.

Boil the dal in a cooker for 2 whistles. I don't want the dal should be mashy. After 2 whistles switch off the flame.

Cool it and take out lid. Once it is done then keep aside.

In a kadai add little ghee or refined oil. When the oil is hot.Add panchphoron, dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few seconds.

This is my home tree mango. Take one mango and cut it into 2 pieces. Add chopped mango in a Jada I. Saute it for few seconds. Add little water then add haldi powder, salt and slit green chillies.

Then add boil dal. Mix it well. Add enough water. Boil it for few minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Once it is done then switch off the flame.

Then transfer to a serving bowl.Enjoy with hot.steam rice and papad
