Cooking Instructions

About 4 hours
  1. 1

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl, mixture will be thin, then set bowl to the side…….

  2. 2

Next, rinse and thoroughly pat dry your two racks of St. Louis style ribs, trim off any excess fat ……

  3. 3

Take your wet mixture and rub all over your ribs on both sides…….

  4. 4

Cover ribs and refrigerate overnight or for at least 24 hours…….

  5. 5

Remove ribs from the refrigerator and let ribs sit on your countertop for at least 30 minutes (just enough time to take the chill out of them)……

  6. 6

Place ribs in a 350° preheated oven and cook for 3 hours, covered with aluminum foil…….

  7. 7

Next, remove aluminum foil from ribs, baste with your bbq sauce and continue to bake for another hour or until ribs are tender……..

  8. 8

Remove ribs from oven and let rest for about 15 minutes before cutting~ Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy 😉 !!!!!!
